Most people mean to come back and do not. The membership turns good intentions into a standing appointment with a smaller number on it.

  • 01One session a month, any treatment on the menu. Hot stone and the ninety-minute upgrade at member pricing.
  • 02Rollover. Miss a month and the session waits for you, up to three deep. Nothing expires while you are paying.
  • 0310% off extras. Add-ons, extra sessions, and gift cards for the person who needs this more than you do.
  • 04First call on Saturdays. Members see the weekend book a week before it opens to everyone else.

Add-ons

Small mercies, added to any session.

Cupping

$25

Silicone cups worked along the back or legs. Leaves rings for a few days; we will warn you before a wedding.

CBD balm

$20

Applied where it hurts most. Made two towns over, unscented, and it stays on the shelf until you ask.

Scalp

$15

Ten minutes of warm oil and slow pressure at the very end. People fall asleep. That is the point.

Fifteen more minutes

$30

For when sixty was not enough. Book it ahead; the rooms run back to back.

Add-ons are added when you book or at the desk, never on the table. Nobody gets upsold face-down.

The therapists

Five people, one table each.

All licensed, all here for years, none of them in a hurry. Ask for someone by name, or tell us what hurts and we will match you.

  1. Dana OkaforLMTDeep tissue and sports. The one the runners ask for. Owner, and here since the bakery let her have the upstairs in 2018.
  2. Marisol ReyesLMTPrenatal and postpartum. Side-lying certified, and entirely unbothered by kicking.
  3. Theo LindqvistLMTSwedish and hot stone. Slow hands, slower talker. Book him for the ninety.
  4. Priya RamanLMTLymphatic drainage and post-surgical recovery. Three local surgeons send her their patients.
  5. Ben CastellanoLMTSports and cupping. Six years as a physio aide before this. Speaks fluent hamstring.

New therapists join by working a month of Saturdays first. Nobody gets a room they have not earned.

Good to know

Four things, said once.

The intake form
First visit? We text you a short form when you book. Five questions about injuries, pressure and where you carry things. Once, not every time.
Arrive ten minutes early
There is tea. The spare minutes are for you to stop moving and for us to start on time. Arriving late shortens the session, not the price.
24-hour cancellation
Change or cancel up to 24 hours ahead by text or call, no questions. Inside that window we charge the full session; the room and the therapist were held for you.
Gratuity
Not included, never expected, always noticed. Most clients leave 18 to 20 percent at the desk, cash or card. Members tip on $89, if they tip at all.

I came in with a shoulder I had been carrying since a move in 2021. Dana found it in about four minutes. I have been a member ever since, mostly out of gratitude.”
